Government asks Exxon to Yellowstone retool planning spill

BILLINGS, Mont (Reuters) - Federal regulators said on Sunday they want to Exxon Mobile spilled into the Yellowstone River in Montana from a ruptured pipe upgrade oil to its preliminary plan to clean up at the beginning of July.
